Camp Santaluz for Children!

Santaluz  Community is Popular With Families

Members of Santaluz Club can enjoy great activities throughout the year with Camp Santaluz.  In the summer a full camp program is offered with the starting age of 4 years.  There is swimming, tennis, crafts, education and many more planned imaginative activities closely supervised. Throughout the year there are other “Camps” organized over the school vacations to allow children to be with their friends and enjoy activities.Membership in the Santaluz Club is by application and does not come with owning a home within the Santaluz.  Currently the Hacienda Level Membership Equity membership is a one time fee of $12,500 and monthly dues of $185.00. The Hacienda Level membership is available only to residents that live within the gated “Santaluz proper” neighborhood.  For more infomation go to my other blogs on Santaluz! There are Spa and Golf Memberships avialable for people who reside either in Santaluz or other neighborhoods.  I love the LiteraryLuncheons.  Each one surprises me as far as the author’s presentation, the setting and the delicious preparation by our chef!  These events are open to the public and I invite you to call 858-759-3104 and book your reservation with Member Services.  It is so much fun to listen to the author’s comments about what gave them the idea to write the book and how it developed. Guests receive a signed copy of the book and a memorable day in a beautiful setting..bring a friend! You will not be disappointed!

Santaluz: Haciendas Sur Floorplans

These homes were built in 2003-2004 and many were sited on impressive lots showcasing golf course views.  The lots are larger than most of the production homes in Santaluz; .40+ acre.  They range from a single story 3200 sqft to a 2 story 3800 sqft..
