4S Ranch’s Boys and Girls Club in Rancho Bernardo

I can hardly believe that summer is almost here. Pretty soon the kids will be out of school and looking for things to do during the day. The Boys & Girls Club in 4S Ranch is a great place to spend some time and have lots of fun.

The Boys & Girls Club Basketball League is a great way to learn the basics of basketball and teamwork. This program is offered for grades 1st thru 8th. Sign up’s are 4/5/2010 to 5/7/2010 so hurry up and don’t miss out!!!

If you think your kids will enjoy field trips, pool parties, cooking classes, sports & fitness, computer & technology classes, arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, nature hikes or ice cream parties, you may want to consider the Boys & Girls Club Summer Day Camp. I sure wish I was a kid again!! The dates are from 6/9/2010 to 8/25/2010 and prices are $85 a week for K-5th grade and $95 a week for 6th to 8th grade. Space is limited!!!!

There is really something for everyone at the Boys & Girls Club….gymnastics, dance, karate, swimming and zumba.

Stone Valley Elementary School in 4S Ranch

Color code all moving boxes to each room. Purchase colored stickers and label contents so when you get to your next destination movers will know what rooms to put your boxes. Also when taking books off a shelf label which shelf it is when you place in boxes. When you unpack you don’t have to rearrange the books to “fit” your bookshelves!

Buyers Tip of the Day:

Remember when searching for homes the most important issue to consider is the neighborhood. Drive all surrounding streets within at least a 1 mile radius..this way you will not purchase a home in a pocket of nice homes surrounded by nonconforming zoning or less expensive poorly cared for homes.
